Ant Ling launches Ling-3.2-flash — native multimodal 560B/25B, 1M context, free API for two weeks

Major release, separate from the 2026-09-29 Ling 3.1 Flash launch and the 2026-10-27 Ling-3.1-flash-1019 weights day. The changelog dated November 5, 2026 names Ling-3.2-flash: 560B total, 25B activated, the same footprint the model docs list for Ling-3.1-flash, with native image, text, and video input. The docs state a context window of up to 1M tokens. That figure is vendor-stated. This row does not store a served-window measurement, and it does not copy Ling 3.1's 262K caveat onto 3.2. Chat, plus an API the docs say is compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic protocols. Free for the first two weeks after launch. The price page does not publish a post-promo rate for 3.2, and no weights release is announced. No machine model id was on the pages checked 2026-11-07.

Thinking Machines releases Inkling 2 Small — 594B/17B MoE on Tinker, weights closed, Apache 2.0 promised

Major release: Thinking Machines Lab put Inkling 2 Small on Tinker the day of the announcement, with weights still closed. It is a 594B/17B mixture-of-experts model, text and image in, text out, no audio. Tinker serves 64K and 256K at $0.30 input and $1.00 output per million tokens. The model card's claim of up to 1M tokens is not a served window. Apache 2.0 is promised after external safety testing, with no date. No tracked score is stored. Artificial Analysis displays Intelligence Index 31 on v5.0.1. The launch table labels AA Index (v5.0) at 30.6. Neither figure is stored, and neither is compared with any pre-v5 absolute.

OpenAI announces GPT-6 Cyber — Daybreak Red only, API id gpt-6-cyber, $20/$100 short-context

OpenAI announced GPT-6 Cyber on 2026-11-05. The @OpenAI post is timestamped 2026-11-05T17:09:13Z. OpenAI describes it as a Daybreak Red cybersecurity model and, in the system card, as a cyber-specialized variant of GPT-6 Astra rather than a model that replaces Astra. The documented API id is gpt-6-cyber. First access is the API and Codex for a select group of approved Daybreak Red customers, widening later to all Daybreak Red customers. This is not a general public launch.

The only published input and output rates are $20 and $100 per million tokens, which OpenAI labels short-context prices. Cached input is $2 per million. Cache writes are $25 per million for 30 minutes or $50 per million for 12 hours. Every long-context cell in the Cyber models table is blank, and the batch endpoint is not supported. No independent tracked score is recorded as of 2026-11-06. ExploitGym 48.5% versus GPT-5.6 Cyber 32.1%, and the honeypot's 99.93%/100% in-scope rates, are OpenAI's claims. The announcement does not retire Astra, Sol, Luna, or the GPT-6.1 lines.

Moonshot publishes Kimi K3.1 Pro open weights under the Kimi K3.1-Pro License

Separate weights-day event on the line first logged 2026-10-23; that API-launch entry and its RSS guid stay unchanged. Moonshot's X post at 2026-11-04T16:00:35Z links the public repo moonshotai/Kimi-K3.1-Pro: 96 safetensors shards, 1.56 TB, MXFP4 weights and MXFP8 activations, ungated. The license is the Kimi K3.1-Pro License, not MIT or Apache. Model-as-a-Service use needs a separate Moonshot agreement once the licensee's aggregate revenue exceeds $20 million in any 12 months; a commercial product above 100 million monthly users or $20 million monthly revenue must display "Kimi K3.1-Pro". Internal use is exempt, as is use through Moonshot's own products. API id kimi-k3.1-pro and the stored $2/$10 rate are unchanged. No new independent score is recorded.

Anonymous "Crouton Alpha" appears on OpenRouter — free, 1M-token context, maker undisclosed

An anonymous third-party listing on OpenRouter, id `stealth/crouton-alpha`, dated 2026-11-03. It is free, with a 1,048,576-token context; the listing gives text, image, video, file and audio input and text output, plus tool calling and structured output. OpenRouter states that prompts and completions may be retained by the provider but are not used for training. OpenRouter's X announcement is timestamped 2026-11-03T20:17:08Z; OpenCode's X account posted a free-week note at 2026-11-03T20:37:04Z.

No lab has claimed the model and no licence, weights or parameter count are published, so this is recorded as an appearance rather than a release from a known maker — the same treatment given to Ox Alpha, Space Bunny Alpha, Fledge Alpha and Cat Jam Free.

No model page or score row is added as of 2026-11-04: the id has no models.json entry and no tracked benchmark result. The specs above are OpenRouter's listed route facts, not measurements.

Meituan releases LongCat-2.5 GA — 1.6T MoE, 1M context, API live, weights not public

Meituan released LongCat-2.5 on 2026-11-02, the non-Preview follow-up to the model this tracker recorded on 2026-09-25. The API is live under the model id `LongCat-2.5`, with OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoints; Meituan states 1.6T total parameters (~48B active), a native multimodal agentic model, a 1M-token context and up to 128K output tokens.

Pricing is $0.30 per million input tokens and $1.20 per million output tokens, with cached input at $0.006, described by Meituan as a limited-time pay-as-you-go rate. No independent tracked benchmark score exists as of 2026-11-03: the launch table's numbers are vendor self-reported and are not recorded as scores here. Weights are not published; Meituan says they are "coming soon". This is a separate GA/API event; the 2026-09-25 Preview entry remains that day's snapshot and is not rewritten. No LongCat-2.5 model page is added.
